3. Nature of Forum & Scraped Data

SubScraper processes publicly available data from online communities as a real-time retrieval protocol. We do not maintain historical surveillance databases on private individuals, nor do we harvest private, authenticated, or gated user profiles.

Developers and organizations using SubScraper are independent data controllers regarding how they store, index, or analyze information retrieved via our API, and are responsible for their own compliance with regional data privacy laws.

• Track and deduct request usage counters against your purchased or free credits.
